You can close your company mailbox by logging in and going to Profile > My information > Manage Account. The account will be closed once it has been signed according to your company’s signing rules.
For 60 days after closure, you will still be able to log in to the company mailbox and access all your documents. After that period, the account and all its contents will be permanently deleted.
Please note that post may still be delivered during these 60 days, if the sender has not updated their address registers. You can reactivate your account at any time during this period from the settings menu.
