We automatically verify company names with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). It may take a few days for your company name to be updated in Billo, as the change must first be registered with Bolagsverket.
To speed up the process, you can submit documentation confirming the name change, and we will update it manually.
The name change will not affect your postal delivery in Billo, since all post is sent to your Billo customer number in the format of ABC 123-X. This means that post sent to both your old and new company names will still be delivered without any issues.
