When you register your business with Billo, you automatically start receiving digital mail from Billo’s connected senders. If you prefer to get certain mail on paper, you can easily deactivate specific senders under Profile > Settings > Senders when logged in to your business mailbox.
To block mail from government agencies, go to Profile > Authority Letters instead. Disabling an authority mail sender, you are required to sign with BankID or Freja eID.
